I had the opportunity to work for John on the Hertz global transformation project. His insight, leadership and guidance during this immense undertaking was inspiring to me. His ability to see the big picture, while working to unite literally thousands of moving parts into a cohesive unit was impressive and eye opening, to say the least. His results oriented style enlightened me to new ways of approaching any issue from an 'outside the box' standpoint. He gave me confidence in going with what I know and trusted me with those decisions. He is a true leader and I know that anyone lucky enough to come into his sphere of influence will come away all the better for it. I'd be honored to work with/for him again, any time.

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with John as part of the Technology Infrastructure and Ally Financial. During that time he was instrumental in helping lead the organization through it's fast pace transformation. I know I came to trust his counsel and it made me a better leader for myself and my team. I can only hope I get the opportunity to work with John again in the future. It would be a real honor and privilege.
